Join Ksenia Naidyon of Life is Cozy for her Edges and Bindoffs Workshop on Sunday, November 8th at Sacred Sheep at The Redd on Salmon in Portland, OR.

The finishing details can make all the difference! In this workshop, we’ll explore edges and bind-offs that add stretch where needed, create clean polished lines, and enhance the overall look of your projects. We'll cover a range of techniques from practical everyday finishes to elegant decorative touches, learn when to use them, and how thoughtful finishing choices can elevate any project.

Class Time
Sunday, November 8th from 11:30 am - 1:30 pm at The Redd on Salmon in Portland, OR

Materials 

  • Smooth DK to worsted weight yarn in a solid color for swatching, approx. 100 yds / 90 m.
  • US 6 / 4 mm needles or size that suits chosen yarn best.
  • Several removable stitch markers, bulb pins, or pieces of scrap yarn.

Skills Required
Advanced Beginner. Students should know how to knit, purl, and make simple decreases.

Instructor
Ksenia Naidyon is a professional knitwear designer and the creative force behind Life Is Cozy. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, she creates modern patterns, tutorials, and classes that celebrate knit texture. Her pieces are often inspired by botanical forms and her native Ukraine. Since 2012, Ksenia has published more than 150 patterns, collaborated with a wide range of yarn companies, and had her designs featured in publications around the world, from Pom Pom and Laine in Europe to Making in the US and Amirisu in Japan. Her first book, One Skein Knitting, will be published this year.
Ksenia loves a good spreadsheet, is a passionate knitwear photographer, and enjoys every minute of it!

Cancellation Policy
Student cancellations, missed classes or no-shows can not be refunded or exchanged. Transfers are permitted. 

Process of receiving your tickets:
You will receive an email confirmation
You will need to download your ticket before the day of the event. (Print, save in your Apple wallet or screenshot the barcode).

PLEASE NOTE: Tickets can be downloaded. Tickets can be transferred. If you transfer your ticket, your original ticket will be void and no longer valid. 

Please note: Class registration must meet a 10 person minimum by September 1st or could be subject to cancellation.
